Returns and refunds

We are happy to exchange your product if you are not entirely satisfied. Refunds will be given only in case of a damaged product sent to you by us.
You have up to 14 days from the date of shipment to return a product you are not satisfied with.

If your package was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your invoice as your receipt.

When shipping product back to us please use a delivery service to make certain your parcel reaches us. Retain your receipt for postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post. A ‘proof of posting’ form is not sufficient.

All items should be returned unworn and with labels intact within 14 days of the date of shipment. For hygiene reasons, we can accept only garments that have not been worn.

To return merchandise to us:

You may receive an exact replacement for the item(s) or receive a refund if the item was sent damaged by us. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge. They will be sent to the address on the invoice. If the address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the returned invoice.
If you are due a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used.
Pack and seal the item(s) and send the package to:
